At UpDogs, we understand that you may have questions about our doggy daycare services. Here are some of the most common inquiries we receive, along with detailed answers to help you make the best decision for your furry friend.

What are the operating hours?

We are open Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 6 PM, Friday 7 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9:00 am - 11:00am for new assessments. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

What are the drop-off & Pick-up times

We now provide flexible drop-off and pickup times tailored to your needs, including our one-hour play session for dogs.

What should I bring for my dog?

Please bring any medications if needed. We provide water, homemade organic meat free treats and a safe, clean environment for play.

How do you ensure the safety of the dogs?

Safety is our top priority. All dogs are supervised by trained staff, and we have strict protocols in place.

Can I visit the facility before enrolling my dog?

Absolutely! Reserve our Pawsome Explorer Experience for you and your furry friend. This allows you to explore our setup and meet our welcoming staff.

Are dogs seperated by size and/or tempremant?

Our philosophy is centered around the idea that all pups should play together. We actively monitor their interactions and provide recommendations to parents to ensure each pup enjoys their day to the fullest.

Do you provide updates throughout the day?

We will share video updates of your dogs during their morning and afternoon playtime.

Should my dog be vaccinated and sterilized?

Dogs that are 7 months old or older should receive the C5 vaccination and undergo sterilisation (with the sterilisation exception for larger breeds as advised by a veterinarian).

Is there a minimum and  maximum age requirement?

If your dog is fully vaccinated with the C5 vaccine, we can accept them, no matter their age.

Daycare Payment

Your dogs daycare must be paid prior to or on the day of attendance.

Late Fees

Late pickup fees now apply $10 dollars per 15-minutes. Late Payment fees incurr $10 dollars per day.
